Registration Fees

Prices in British Pounds (£) (inclusive of VAT).

Note: Registration for the early rate must be submitted by 31 May 2010, otherwise the standard rate will automatically apply. Please note that onsite registration will not be available at the venue.

Registration Inclusions

• Admission to the conference sessions
• Scheduled lunches and coffee breaks
• Delegate bag including the programme brochure and abstract book
• Conference reception on Sunday 12 September 2010

How to register

You must register online for the conference. Please note that you need to register before you can submit an abstract.

Payment Information

Payment Policy

• Payment is by credit card via the online registration system. Visa/Delta, Mastercard and American Express are accepted
• Payment will be charged in British Pounds (£)
• If you take advantage of the Early Rate, registration must be received by the 31 May 2010 deadline
• We regret invoices cannot be raised for registration fees

Confirmation

Delegates will be sent confirmation of their registration by email

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made by email to the Conference Secretariat conference@wcrf.org
• Cancellations received on or before 1 July 2010 will be refunded 80% of the registration fee
• Cancellations received after 1 July 2010 will not be refunded
• Substitute delegates will be accepted but the Conference Secretariat must be informed by email by 1 September 2010

Letters of Invitation

Letters of invitation to assist with Visa applications for the United Kingdom can be provided by the Conference Secretariat once the following information has been provided:

• Proof of payment of fees
• Full name
• Work and home address
• Date of birth and passport number

If you require an invitation letter please email us at conference@wcrf.org. Visa applications are not the responsibility of the Secretariat. Delegates are encouraged to submit their applications to the appropriate embassy in good time.
